🌌 Spaces

Spaces are the central part of your organizing efforts. Almost everything happens within the context of some space. Sending chat messages, adding event, pin, and so on. Consider a space the ‘main room’ of your organizing. There you will find all shared content with peers, and within a space, you can also access further sub-spaces. Depending on your needs, you can decide if your space is open, invite only, or a closed space.

Admins can update the space profile data, like display name, avatar and topic and any other sub-space fields.

Inside the spaces you can find different features:

🪐 Sub-spaces

You can consider the sub-spaces as a separate room of your main space. This helps you to organize for example different working groups.

You can also connect different spaces. Connecting spaces allows you to have "joint venture"-spaces and rooms that cross the boundaries of any number of organizations.

💬 Chat

Chat function allows you to communicate securely with our support team and other users in real-time. You can also connect chats to multiple spaces to streamline your conversations between people and movements and keep everything organized in one place.

📌 Pins

Keep your important information at your fingertips with the pins feature. Pin essential links, documents, and notes to quickly find and access them whenever you need. No more scrolling through endless chats—your pinned items ensure that what matters most is always just a tap away.

📅 Calendar

Stay up to date with upcoming events with our calendar feature. You can schedule events, meetings and keep track of important events in your space. Members of the space can also respond to their attendance in the event page.

✅ Task list

This feature allows you to create Task-list and associated tasks in a space you can manage together. This is currently an early developer preview which still misses screens and is like to change in design and also feature-expanse.

📢 Updates

Your updates are located in the navigation bar next to the home button. These are the most important highlights from the spaces you are connected to. Instead of having to scroll through messages, you can create an update highlighting for instance the upcoming events or news, so everyone in your space are notified.
