For growing your engagement, it's important to create a framework that makes it easy for space members to start contributing. Making community members feel like co-creators rather than just participants will allow them to take ownership. Encourage your community to give feedback, suggest content, actions, and other ideas. Whether it’s participating in events, sharing awareness, contributing to discussions, make it easy for users to engage in ways that align with their purpose.

• Events: Add all your events to the Acter event calendar and make sure people understand to confirm their attendance there. In that way you can track who is coming to your events, and everyone can stay on track.
• Updates: In the beginning, post update at last once a week, preferably always around at the same day and time. You can choose a day when you will highlight something to build consistency. Launch regularly campaigns, challenges, or calls to action.
• Tasks function: You can use the tasks function to keep track on tasks and encourage also space members also to take ownership of the listed tasks.
• Celebrate wins and milestones: Recognize and celebrate small wins along the way. Whether it’s hitting a member goal, launching a new space, campaign, or seeing members collaborate on a project, these moments are crucial to reinforcing the value of the community and keeping members motivated.
